Q: What happens if I don’t complete the qualifiers? A: You will not receive your account rewards for that month, but your account is still free!
Q: What does “post & settle” mean? A: When you make purchases using your debit card, the merchant places a hold on your account for the amount owed. It may take several days for the transaction to leave “pending” status and post and settle to your account.
Q: Do automated transfers between Frontier Bank accounts or loans qualify as an ACH or direct deposit? A: No, unfortunately transfers between Frontier Bank accounts or loans do not qualify as an ACH or Direct Deposit. These need to be initiated through a third party such as your employer, social security or utility company.
Q: Do ATM withdrawals count towards my 12 debit card transactions? A: No, only point-of-sale (POS) purchases count towards your 12 debit card transactions.

Qualifying transactions must post to and settle to the account during the monthly qualification cycle. “Monthly Qualification Cycle” means a period beginning on the first calendar day of the month to the last calendar of the same month. Limit one account per social security number.
