Please Use Your Account

If you are a former Frontier Bank depositor, it is important that you use at least one of your accounts
before October 31, 2011. This process is known as "claiming" and helps us know which accounts are active. To do so, simply use your ATM/Debit card, write a check, make a deposit or withdrawal (electronic or in person) or use your online bill pay. If you have multiple accounts, you will only need to claim one account belonging to you or your organization.  Inactive accounts must be turned over to the FDIC after October 31, 2011.

Call Customer Service at
1-888-779-4801 if you have questions about "claiming" your account.
