- Wealth Management & Trust Officer (Sioux Falls, SD)
- Primary Duties:
- Participate in developing a marketing plan for trust services at Frontier Bank including pricing strategies, products and account types
- Act as a liaison between clients and officers in researching/responding to requests for information (e.g. discretionary distributions, tax planning, trust funding and trust termination)
- Annually review all assigned accounts for compliance with document requirements and with company and department policies and procedures
- Assist support staff in recognizing errors and issues, research and resolution of issues, and follow through to ensure client's satisfaction and to prevent recurrence
- Responsible for growing the total assets under the individual management in the WM&T department
- Desired Qualifications:
- Possession of a business or related college degree
- 5-7 years of Trust Services experience
- 3-5 years of Trust Services management
- Intermediate accounting knowledge
- Law degree
- Appropriate and required licensing as needed (CFP®/CTFA)
- Previous profession customer service experience
- Commercial Banker (Sioux Falls, SD)
- Develops, expands, and services a commercial loan portfolio. Position would require officers to solicit new business and grow their loan portfolio and customer base.
- May assist with underwriting, establishes and negotiates terms under which credit will be extended including costs, repayment method/schedule, and collateral requirements.
- Responsible for the cross-selling of bank’s services and products.
