We have been made aware of fraudulent emails being sent to customers that appear to be from Frontier Bank. These emails are not legitimate and were not sent by our organization.

Customers should be especially cautious of any emails or phone calls claiming to be from our Commercial Department that request sensitive information, account access, or prompt you to click on links to log in to online banking.

Recently, Frontier Bank sent an email regarding Presidents’ Day hours of operation. Aside from that communication, we have not sent any emails requesting online access verification, login credentials, or links to sign in to our website.

Please remember:

  • Frontier Bank will never ask for your password, PIN, or secure access codes via email or phone.
  • Do not click on suspicious links or download attachments from unknown senders.
  • Verify the sender’s email address carefully, as fraudulent messages may closely resemble legitimate addresses.

If you receive a suspicious email or call claiming to be from Frontier Bank, please do not respond. Instead, contact your local Frontier Bank directly so we can assist you.

Protecting your financial security is our highest priority. Thank you for your vigilance and continued trust in Frontier Bank.

Sincerely,
Frontier Bank
